My philosophy is based on using the field of Exercise Science to improve other peoples’ lives by improving their physical well-being while always looking out for the humanity and uniqueness of each person. Adapting to each person’s uniqueness will not only gain trust but will also yield exceptional results. Realizing that everyone is different and that programs for success must be modified to the individual is an important consideration when dealing with clients. It is important to clearly identify goals and to be able to break these goals into smaller parts so that the client can detect some sort of success. Keeping the overall goal is important but it is also important to keep the shorter term goals so that the client can realize some success from their hard work.

The importance of eating properly and exercising regularly is an accepted foundation for having a long, healthy life. Health professionals can give people, every person, the right environment, guidance, regiment, and motivation to improve their life. This is a very powerful relevance and by truly caring about people and being focused on being an agent of change is a unique truth of the exercise professional. Practicing what you preach is important in gaining trust with the client. Fundamental truths in physical health practices do not change but often times the way to get to those truths have different pathways.
