  • Completed 480 hours of internship experience in coaching women’s soccer at a collegiate level

  • Directed practice sessions for athletes ranging from 6 to 18 per session

  • Designed a variation of soccer practice sessions for each individual session

  • Performed off field duties, such as, dealing with financial budgeting and recruiting

 

Pope Wellness Center, University of Mount Olive, Mount Olive, NC – Jan 2015 – Apr 2015

 

  • Completed 120 hours of field training experience in strength and conditioning/fitness classes

  • Instructed several classes with up to 15 members per class

  • Oversaw numerous fitness sessions learning a variety of training techniques
